Having had the best part of a week to reflect on the 90 days my overwhelming emotion is that i need to say a few BIG thank you's.
To Debbie, for dealing with my weird eating habbits, taking all the photos and just generally putting up with me!
To Nicky, for being stuck in the same boat. At the start it was pretty difficult to work out if you were "doing it right" and having someone else to talk to about that and everything else you're missing out on helps a great deal.
To Kevin, cheers pal. The pictures above have far exceeded my expectations and the sacrifices made to have set up and maintained FIYL along with everything else you've got going on must have been great. Wingfest 2012 beckons in October, there better not be an egg white in sight!
I'm looking forward to the next steps, i now know i've got all the tools to maintain the healthy lifestyle i've learned about, the trick will be striking a balance that fits in. Once i've done my run at the end of the month i'm away on holiday for a week, after that i'm going to refocus and set myself some new goals. That photo of my target physique posted on day dot will require a considerable amount more effort but I think I might just give it a go!!!
If you're reading this and cosidering FIYL as an option, my only advice is to stop thinking about if it's right for you, stop making excuses about why you can't do it, bite the bullet and please, please do it. 90 days really isn't that long!
