Day 44

New picture up. 12st 8lbs! Was aiming for 12 and a half by the end of the program so mixed thoughts about nearly being there already, don't want to be too skinny, hoping I can start rebuilding some muscle weight before too long. Once the sticky stuff's off anyway.
Was in London on Tuesday, difficult to comply when you rise at 05:00 and get home at 22:00, I did pretty well though as brought plenty of fruit with me. Turned away my aeroplane breakfast even, first time for everything, I'd normally have three of them given half a chance!
Struggled in the gym last night, didn't feel very strong. Maybe just tired.
Well done to my Chelsea though, great win, great entertainment.

  1. On those 'weaker' days, really concentrate and push through, those are the times when you will really break things up and after a good rest, grow!
